It is not surprising, therefore, that the Russian academic and business community have found an interrelationship between quality and innovations, as suggested by the motto Quality and Innovations: The Path to to Higher Standards of Living. We hope that this motto apart from being a reflection of spectacular trends unfolding in Russia, will act as a clarion call to the entire world as it undergoes a profound transformation.
